Praises police, admin for maintaining peace

Caretaker chief minister in his tweet message said, ‘Alhumdulillah! all processions and Sham-e-Ghariban concluded peacefully across Punjab and no untoward incident occurred. I commend and salute the untiring efforts of the district administration and police in maintaining law and order during Muharram-ul-Haram especially on Youm-e-Ashur. I laud the endeavours of intelligence agencies, CTD, police, Rangers and Pakistan Army to ensure security despite restoration of mobile service in 95% areas across Punjab. We have successfully and collectively propagated the eternal message of peace and homogeneity of Islam.’
